    Hi all

Im setting up my HTPC system with the Asus A8N-SLI premier mobo. I may use the mobo onboard 8.1 sound or i may get the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 soundcard.

Im considering the Kef Egg or the Canton CD1's (from JJ @ a £240) and I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on what would be the best purchase.

    many thanks

Haven't heard either of them so my opinion means jack :) Eggs are good from what I've read as are the Cantons, demo both and you decide which is better :D

I've got the CD1 setup and it's very good. I have not heard the eggs but plenty on the Canton pages say the CD1 is better.
