    Hi,

I own a kenwood kaf3030 amp and a MArantz CD48 CD player. I am looking to get some new speakers for about £100, and fancy either the KEF Coda 70 and Tannoy Mercury MX2. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of either, or can recommend any others at a similar price range.

I may be able to get a set of B&W 601 Mk1 speakers fora similar price second hand - would they be significantly better?

    Cheers

    Neil
