    Hi, first post as newbie!!

Recently had a demo of the Kef 5005 system which I'm fairly sure I might buy (wife likes the look) one of the CD's I tested was "Club Mix 97" (disk 1 )
Track 1, Leftfield & Lydon, Open Up which mixes into - 2, into Basco, the beat is over.

Music was demo-ed as 2 channel

On my headphones at home there seems to be an incredible amout of low sub bass on track 2 from 00:20 to 1:00, The 5005s did not seem to produce this as expected. which was a suprise as they do really shake your trousers with movie effects. Not sure if anyone has this disk but if you do I woukld really appreciate your opinion on how your system handles the track.

The guy did say that the sub woofer needs different settings for music via a switch on the back.

    comments appreciated
