Anyone here got the q2ds and managed to work out which way round they go?
There are no markings for left or right that i have been able to find.
    Any ideas ?

not got a pair, but I'd guess KEF use the same method they used on their THX dipoles which I have.

Have a look a the serial number. Each speaker will have an 'L' or 'R' suffix on the end. This indicates whether it should be on the Left of Right side.

I've got them and as far as I know they are identical (I hope!) My dealer (and Kef) never mentioned anything about about them being handed for L or R). My system is running with them and seems great.

    Hi dave.
The thing is unless im totaly got this wrong.
Di-poles fire in phase in one direction and out of phase in the other.
So if they are identical the two Will both be In/out of phase in the same direction.
But what you dont know is if the inphase is fireing towards the back wall or the front from both speakers.
Hmm does that make ANY sense :)

Thanks ian i must have missed that review when i look in that section.
although the review stating that speakers should run parallel with the top of the screen seems odd when the KEF instructions clearly state to mount the centre of the speakers 2M from the floor.

    Oh well.

I spoke to Kef on the phone and mine are mounted approx 2 metres from the floor (top) as I was told by their technical guy. As I said it sounds great!

    Cheers
