I had a RGB-S-video convertor that was out of warranty by a couple of months that had packed up.

I contacted Keene Electronics to see if they could repair it. They asked me to send it to them.

The very next day they phoned to say they had tested it and that it was faulty. Two days later a new MK2 version was posted to me at no cost.

This is what I consider to be excellent service. All too often this kind of servce is a thing of the past, so well done Keene electronics. :) :clap: :)

P.S in case you ask, I do not work for this company.
