I have a strange problem with my Sony 52",I love the lcd to bit's but have a strange problem as when the tv is swithced on the volume is alway's on 38 which is quite loud,I was wandering if there was anyway to set it to a lower setting via the secret service menu,I have managed to get into the service menu but it look's very complex and could'nt make head's or tail's of it and I don't want to mess thing's up.Any idea's?
