Haven't got many new ones yet, but all in good time
wow, that moon photo is awesome.
A cracking start to your album mate
playthefilm, that photo is part of a test set of moon shots I did one night not long ago, can you believe they are handheld, full digital zoom (48x) stabilised, and thru a window Those panasonics are pretty good. No PP either, just resize. I'm sure I could have gotten better results by using a tripod, only using 12x optical and doing some magic in PP!
great shot of the moon what settings were you using ?
Remember, the moon is bright
Just dug out the Exif data:
1/125th F3.3 ISO 80 AWB
Spot metering, just focus right on the edge of the moon and it should do the trick. It was a very cold frosty night when I took that one, I tried again couple of weeks ago but there was not much detail to capture and I ended up with a bright ball of light
That moon shot is amazing mate!
Scary what those Panny's are capable of!
Yeah the 432mm has good reach
I have seen some amazing shots by sticking a oly tcon17 on the front for that extra reach.
Hi guys, some new zoo shots below
Some more new ones, you can tell I was bored
