KanaaN VGA Audio to HDMI Converter TV out

Novice Member

I have an HP Mini 210 which has an VGA out, but no TV out.

I'm planning on buying the KanaaN VGA Audio to HDMI Converter to output the laptop to a TV with an HDMI.

Will this device work with a VGA out or do I need a TV out?

Would the 'Connect to a Projector' in Windows do the job?

Despite the name that wizard just customises the settings, once it's connected it should just pop up in display properties.

TV out is just a general name for common TV connectors, not a specific standard.

That device should work, it appears to be converting the correct way round. I don't have any experience with that model though and the audio support will only be basic of course.
