We are only UK based. You could try @Gordon @ Convergent AV or Jonny at Home Cinema Calibration - Specialists in Audio and Video Calibration in Northern Ireland. They may cover Dublin.

As usual, things have got busy, and I have failed to keep this thread updated, but I will try and come here more regularly. We have some offers, trade in, items coming soon, and news, so will try and cover everything below:

NEWS

We are doing some rebranding so it is easier for clients to understand what we do, so although Kalibrate Limited continues (it is the company), we will also be using the trading name of Sussex Home Cinemas for some marketing. We have set up Instagram and facebook, and twitter accounts:

Kaleidescape continue to provide early releases, with Jurassic Park Dominion already available in 4K HDR with Dolby Atmos. Just one of the reasons we recommend Kaleidescape for our clients.

USED/TRADE IN

Used Procella DA05-DSP Amplifier. Available Now. Contact us for more information.

Used Epson LS12000. Less than 30 hours on laser. The projector was supplied to a client (@markymiles). The unit was returned as the client to hear a high pitched frequency from the unit. Further testing against other units show this as being normal, and seems to be a function of the E-enhancement in the unit. The unit will have a pre-shipping check and setup performed. We will sell the unit on the basis that the client check to sensitivity to the 'whine' on a sale or return basis, but just like the previous e-enhancement, and eshift (in JVCs) this effects very few people. Contact us for more information. This is an opportunity to get an as new product, at below new price, as it is an open box/used unit.

I can recommend the pre-sale set up work that Rickyj does on projectors.

FWIW My LS10500 has no discernible high pitched or other sound. I once sold a Lexicon MC-12 where I could hear a high pitch noise depending on the front panel display brightness. The buyer couldn’t hear it.
