K7000 65 inch issue

hi everyone, has anyone seen a screen issue like this before? Slight red tint across whole of screen up to about an inch from the bezel of tv.
Gonna ring curry’s and see what they say I just don’t want fobbing off!!!

Even without the tint you have massive light bleed across the bottom which warrants a screen replacement anyway, my ks8000 had far less light bleed than yours and was replaced under warranty by Samsung

Tv been picked up. If for arguments case the tv can’t be repaired and offer me a new one what would be the equivalent model from today’s range?

The Q7 will be the equivalent of the tv you have, I personally wouldn't accept anything less

It's still the most comparable tv that Samsung sell today if you want a TV that meets the minimum specs to display hdr correctly

A quick update, had a call from curry’s know how and they have lost my one connect box and will contact me shortly! Am I about to have a battle on my hands with this repair??

Well the tv has been returned and the issue is still there! What are my rights regarding this? Do I have to let them repair it again or can I demand my money back or a voucher to spend instore?

Well the tv has been returned by curry’s and guess what? It’s still not fixed! First time they changed the screen and one connect box and this time they changed the main board.
What do I do now?????
