JVC UX-DM9DB faulty. How do I contact JVC

I have a JVC Micro Component System which is really brilliant. I use it for timer recording from the radio.

But the timer function has just stopped working.

I can set it but nothing happens at the correct time.

I have looked at their site, and the FAQ list doesn't even recognize the machine.

And nowhere is there an email address where I can ask a question.

I can call them but it does not suit me to call them during working hours.

I have emailed them.

I did plug it out and left it plugged out until the clock lost its set time.

But it didn't help.

I will plug it out for the day and see if that makes any difference.
