    I bought a JVC 28WFT1EK Widescreen TV in 2001.

When registering the warranty with JVC they told me I could extend the warranty to 5 years for an extra £99.

    I took out this option.

Today the TV has developed a fault.

Unfortunately, I have lost the JVC repair cenre number and other TV documents.

I still have my purchase receipt.

Any help with the number would be great:smashin:

Most JVC Extended Warranties are administered by Domestic & General so you could try contacting them, but claiming without the paperwork could be tricky.

D&G had my details on their computer. They said they'd send me new documents and gave me a number of a local firm that they use. Many thanks.
