Hi, i'm looking into buying a 15" or 17" LCD TV for the kitchen. It will be plugged into a Sky Digital box (via Scart), and maybe (if sound is not too poor) plugged into the auxilary input of my mini hifi.

I am considering the JVC LT17C50 or the Panasonic TX-15LT2, i have a budget of around £550 (ish)

Does anyone have any opinions on these models or could suggest better?

    Thanks.

    Hii there.

Don't know if you bought one of these TV, but Costco are doing the Panasonic at just under £300 as an end of line price. I quite fancy one myself. Pity that the mounting bracket isn't VESA, and the price for the Panny bracket is £100. I suspect that you could fit a larger plate to a VESA bracket and drill holes that match the TV.

    Cheers.

JVC all the way for me - and for that money, you could have the 23" C50 model, which is HD ready. See here.
