I would be grateful for any help or advice. I purchased a JVC LT-37DS6FJ HDMI Ready TV about 4 years ago.
I have never tried to use the HDMI until last week when I had a Virgin V+ HD box fitted. I am unable to get an HD Picture.
It should automatically go to the HDMI extension but I get no picture. It lets me change the setting between 1080i to 720 which shows on the top of the screen but no picture.
If anyone can offer any help or advice to resolve this problem I would be grateful or can I replace the HDMI slot.
PS
Its not the Virgin box at fault as it worked OK with a smaller TV we have.
