    Ordered one :)

Let's see what happens! Thanks for the link!

    "PAYMENT AND PRICE
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed, We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's price, or the increase of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or in price due to a mistake being made, price being omitted or printing error whether or not the order has been confirmed or not. We will give you the opportunity to cancel the order."

I'll probably have to end up cancelling it, but it's worth a try :D

Oh BTW, BuyYourAV seem totally reputable: http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xMR-BUYYOURAV~MRD-304907~S-2

Yep I've just ordered one too. I'm almost certain it's a mistake but they might be feeling generous and honour the price. At worst they will cancel the order.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say...

Yeah, stranger things have happened. Even if a company says they won't honour the price they sometimes do.

I remember there was a Supermarket that listed a gamecube with a game for around £30 (the price of the game alone) and said they wouldn't honour the prices. They did after a lot of pressure/complaints.

At that price I would knock down the Wall!!!!!!!! :D

Shame it wasn't ebuyer they have a habit of mispricing, and it generally goes through unnoticed. They did have an issue with a widescreen samsung crt recently which a lot of people brought after it was posted on Rpoints (many greedy tykes with multiple orders.......I missed out), however they did not honour the miss-price on that occassion.

Moral of the story, if you see a miss-price BUY IT, but keep quiet until it is delivered. Then tell all and sondry about your bargain.

not sure why OP posted this. Basically guarantees you won't get one as everyone else orders them.

I just ordered one, but I don't think I'll be lucky enough to actually receive it at such a ridiculous price!

The advert says Save:£ 1,896.04- this doesn't seem like a computer error, surely someone typed that amount in???

I hope it's not a scam, my Brother thinks I'm a mug that's gonna get done over!

I'm just hoping if it is dodgy that I am protected by my CC for such things!

Lets hope our dreams come true! ;)

Oh hey, are you the same Kingston LJ from NTSC-UK? Howdy! :smashin:

That price is probably calculated by some script on their web site. It's definitely not a scam, if you look at the first page of this thread you'll see I've posted a link to a review of the store that's selling it.

Y'never know... they might see how many orders they've got at such a ridiculous price and decide just to let it slip? Or am I talking total crap, I have no idea how the business world works!

:hiya: Hi Lyris! Yes it is I, the one and only Kingston LJ

I have a vague worry that it's a scam, I guess it's only natural under the circumstances. Seems like the computer system has made the error then? My Brother has the impression that the computer wouldn't do the save £1800 amount, but he's probably wrong!

I bet lots of people have ordered it after seeing that price. If it was a handful of people we would have a chance, but I can imagine it being a large amount meaning the company will have no option but to decline the sales.

I couldn't resist ordering it though. I would feel gutted if I heard the sales went through and I was faced with buying one for £1600.

    Fingers Crossed! :D

I orded this last night, I printed the confirmation screen. But didn't receive a confirmation email.

I'm at work now, and can't access my personal email, so no idea if a confirmation has been sent or if they have tried emailing me.

They can't just charge me the full amount without asking first can they?

I ordered it last night- but the confirmation screen didn't display properly, and I haven't received an email.

I hope they don't charge me £2000 and send it out. It's gonna be a lot of hassle if they do!

If anyone has received an email let us know! :)

I can't believe they would do that

I took a screen print last night. I didn't recieve any email though.

If they try to charge my card with anything other than what they confmed when I placed the order then they'll be trouble and they know it.

However, if they argue the toss i'll offer a goodwill gesture and say i'd be willing to take the screen for say, £8-900 and we'll call it quits :D

I guess that stop's anyone else from trying it.

If theres a limited amount of people who actually ordered at the previous price, I wonder if that increases the chance of it working

    What do we reckon???
    10/1
    100/1
    1000/1
    10000/1
