I have a budget of around 1100 for a 32" LCD TV and am pondering over a JVC LT-32DX7 or Panasonic TX32LXD60. Which out of those 2 would be best for a bedroom set, used mainly for DVD movies and digital tv? Any opinions welcome.

Kind of in the same boat. In the end I've decided to get the JVC. My local John Lewis had the sets and I thought the JVC was the best picture and better design than the panny. Just waiting on a price match confirmation before I let rip with £1080

    1. Panny looks better in real life than in pics on the net
    2. John Lewis is a really good place to see the range of possibe TVs as they had all I was interested in along with good signal feeds.

I have never liked the JVC LCDs, the PQ never seemed to be as good as much cheaper LCDs IMO.
The spec of the new model might swing people to it as it has a PC input unlike the Panny, which for some will find handy.
I have the Panny and i find its great for what i wanted it for, which is mostly watching DVDs.
