JVC HR-S7500 VCR- how to change RF output?

I don't have the manual for this but it appears to use RF Channel 21 (same as C4 in my area) for its own RF modulated output. I know what I want to change it to (35-37) but can't see how. First time I've used a VCR where I have been unable to find this. Can anyone help?

Go to the JVC website and download a manual. If your machine isn't listed, then a vcr with the nearest matching model number should give you the information that you need .

The instructions in the HR-S7600 manual worked for my model, so problem solved.
