Has anyone got experience of this model? Done a bit of looking around on the forums and google and can't find much about it. I've read about the previous JVC model the DR-M10 having various problems and wanted to know if they were all fixed.

My set up at the moment is a bog standard 32" TV with Sky and a VHS. I'm looking for a sub £200 recorder so I can dump the VHS tapes onto DVD and ditch the VHS. How easy is it to record from sky with the DR-M100? (not interested on paying monthly fee for sky+). Also looking for an 'i.link' connector for easy recording from a camcorder.

Any help regarding this model (or any other that would fit the bill) greatly appreciated.
