Hi all. Can anyone help me with this one? When watching 4:3 movies (in 4:3 mode, with black bars at the side), I notice there still is some information missing on all four sides. It seems to be worse for left and right. I can only see this when I use the zoom function on my dvd player. Zooming full and to the left or right, then zooming out, shows that the TV is cutting off about an inch either side. I've been into the service menu, but can't find anything that will allow me to push back the black bars to reveal all the picture, or push all of the picture into the visible area. V-size and H-size, don't seem to make the necessary difference for 4:3 displays, nor do v- & h-cent. Entering no4. (def) on the service menu, puts me in "full" (16:9) display, I make the v-size/h-size changes and everything looks good. But when I go back to the TV, reselect "auto" with a 4:3 disc in, nothing seems to have changed. I also see there are separate settings (via the red button, when in no.4) for full, subtitle, panoramic and - I think - "compress" - but none for 4:3/regular. Is there some control that will allow me to move those black bars back - so I can see all of the picture? Not a great big deal, but it would be nice. Thanks very much for any help!
