Just got this from DDDhouse, imagine a Korean cross between the Matrix, X-Men and high school teen flicks with all the usual far eastern comedy and nonsense and some top notch special effects, big budget and fight scenes and you'll almost be close to Volcano High.
Missed it at the Leeds Film Festival this year but decided to get the DVD (as usual for DDD it was dirt cheap, about £7). R3 2-disker with DD and DTS and English subs.
Basically a tale of a secret high school for teens who are supernaturally gifted martial artists, the new boy is on his last chance after being expelled from eight normal schools but he maybe the students' last chance as students and teachers battle to become the "toppest fighter" and recieve the teachings of the Secret Manuscript.
A real kick in the head of a film and great fun to watch with some great visuals and use of sound, the director WILL be working in Hollywood before long. Quality stuff.:) Oh yea and the Kendo team assistant captain (ess) is gorgeous!

Yes got this from dddhouse too - Great film with some superb Anime style action. The CGI and wire work is excellent some of the best (CGI) i've seen in an asian movie. Lovely DTS too.
Just bloody annoying that its the cut 100mins international version - The korean release is 120mins for the movie plus a load of deleted scenes on the 2nd disc.
