Its called Evil beneath Loch Ness (or something similar), with Patrick Bergen and Lysette
Anthony. I saw it on Sky moviemax a couple of nights ago, and I notice you can buy it
for £4.99 from play (thats £4.99 to much).
The special effects were done on a ZX81, its a direct rip off, of so many good films, that the only justification for watching it, is to try and name them. And the scots accents have got to be heard to be believed.
I would go as far to say that this film is worse than Battlefield Earth.

I have seen some of it, but your right it is pretty poor even for a kids film. I was baby sitting my 5+6 year old nieces when it was on and even they thought it was cr@p, and they would quite happily sit watching interference.
But I still say Evil beneath is still the worst film I've seen.

You all seem to be missing such classics from Sky such as 'Blood Surf':) . Surfing in shark infested waters with gashes to their feet to atract sharks whilst being filmed doing surfing stuff! And then to discover that the main man eating threat is non other than a crocodile. Of course, what else? And such good acting too. You actually want the monster to eat them for being so annoying. It was more fun placing bets on who was next.:D

You guys ain't seen BAD until you've witnessed "Merlin and the Sword" which has regular airings on Sky Premier....I made a thread about it a while ago; impressive cast, worst script, acting, and SFX I've EVER seen.

Although....after (finally) seeing Pearl Harbor over the weekend there's now a new entry into my Worst Films Of All Time list :(

I'm sorry, but Hercules in New York out bads anything else ever made. It's even available for the first time with Arnold's proper voice (for a mere £5), which is actually worse than it ever was before when it had him dubbed. Nice transfer though.

Who's bad mouthing Cactus Jack? I used to love that movie.

The worst film for me was Dungeons and Dragons , such bad acting. I can usually tell if a film is good within the first 5 minutes but this film was in the first minute, truly awful.

Okay, so it's not the worst film I've ever seen, but it's still fresh in my mind having only seen it last night - The Scorpion King. Good lord, whoever thought that remaking Conan the Destroyer with a WWF wrestler in the lead role needs his head examining. Actually, The Rock was about the only thing in it which kept me awake, he's certainly got more charisma and is more self-aware than Schwarzenegger et al, and will probably go on to good things. The rest of the film is absolute garbage, coming across like a sub-par 1 1/2 hr long episode of Hercules. There's even a comedy side-kick and a cute child drafted in to accompany The Rock's so-called deadly assassin in his mission to rid the world of evil (the villain is the most 'weedy', mis-cast actor I've happened across in some time).

No matter how much you might like The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, do not go and see The Scorpion King.
