Hm, kinda of a mixed bag: a bit 'James Bond', a bit 'The Matrix' (if you allow me to make this comparision) but overall a thriller than a fast paced action pack.
But when the action happens the sound (DD 5.1) kicks in quite loud while picture in general is pretty good.
Don't expect to much and you may find it enjoyable but there are better movies around otherwise.

Sound, picture special features are important.
But don't forget the most important elemant.
    The movie itself.

And the Art of War was really boring. A matrix wannabe. They borrowed so many stuff from other movies that if they had some humor in it would be a spoof movie a la naked gun.

to bad because the cast was actually pretty good on paper.
