I personally found IAG Service and Phil Watson extremely helpful and efficient!
Today I received a brand new DVD32R+PSM because my old DVD32R was unserviceable, and my AV32R has been returned with upgraded DACS and a PLII licence!
Next purchase will be a plasma display that can handle a PSM signal!

Well, that post has certainly given me cause to believe in the improved IAG Service Desk and principles. :)

Unserviceable because it was a pre-production model sold to me by an ex-TMA employee. It was being sent for a Sanyo mech upgrade but this wasn't feasible - the internals deviated from a normal dvd32r.
Just setting it all up now, deciding where to place the gear and which cables to use...

Although my experiences have been altogether different to yours, i think you have done rather well there, relatively speaking of course.

Now they are giving them away :D

Perhaps all these stories of faulty units has affected sales

Only kidding if you have only paid for a mech upgrade and been given a New dvd with psm then bloody good luck to u

It cost more than the mech upgrade, but was worth it for the warranty. I should have paid by credit card to get an extended warranty but forgot..
Let's hope I don't need it..
