If your after advice on what to use then it all depends on what lenses you plan to use, and where you plan to go with them.

I can tell you one thing, buy bigger then you think you need. I have a Lowpro nova 2 AW and it's too small already. It will hold my 20D, my 50mm prime my 85mm prime and the kit lens along with filters card ect. It's a tight fit though

LowePro Mini Trekker AW here. I did have a Crumpler Long Schlong but, as Seany says, outgrew it quickly.

I use a Lowepro toploader a Crumpler Budgie Smuggler or a Lowepro Computrekker depending on how much I need to carry - the toploader for just the body and a lens, the Budgie Smuggler for a body a couple of lenses and a flash, and the Computrekker for the whole shebang.
