    Hi All

    just ordered my TH-42PW5B (black) to be delivered this saturday,

    Got the screen, pedestal stand (TY-ST42PT3K-B), and a 1 metre letropacks bnc cable all in for £3309 delivered silver was another £400 but im not that bothered...

    is it this the best deal i could have got?? i hope it is as i havent seen a better deal elsewhere?


    does anyone have any piccys of there setup with this screen?

    Its not a bad price,
    I paid £3650 inc stand & delivery for my silver Panny 5 last week
    Its an awesome piece of kit and im well happy :)

    not bad; i could get the 5-series in the u.s. with a corp. discount (free delivery, no cables) for the equivalent of GBP 3,275; so you probably got a pretty good deal.

    i am also able to get the 4-series for about GBP 2,293. right now i'm contemplating the 4 vs. the 5; for the extra thousand pounds (US 1,600) i'm trying to decide if the slight increased resolution is worth it. also, i'm still trying to find out if the lower res will handle hdtv signals!

    thanx guys that was the response i was looking for..... also ive got a 1 year exchange warrenty aswell ;)



    the price is actually thru my work, so its not really a repeatable offer

    Good choice, I have had mine for nearly 3 months now, and love it to bits.... only downside is

    I NOW WANT A 5O INCH MODEL
