Just a bit fed up with crashes

I am a long term sky customer and i am getting thoroughly sick of constantly getting up and rebooting the Thompson box because the system freezes.
It can be for any number of reasons but it happens far too frequently.
I pay for a basic package but have Sky+ Plus and mirror card for my daughter so it is nudging £52 per month and just constant grief.I struggled to get a Thompson box because the original Pace had the noisy hard drive; i have done the system forced update but no joy it still crashes regularly. £600 per year deserves more than this surely?

Any comments other than cancel??:thumbsdow

Would have rather had the Pace;) and changed the hard drive. Ring up and say you will cancel, they will offer you a free service call to investigate the problem. Better to get rid of the Thomson though! Cheers, Franc
