Jukebox Software (People can add music to playlist but not delete others)

Hi, im wondering if there is such a type of software for that i could use?

What im after doing is setting a computer up to the sound system, letting people pick songs and added them to the end of the playlist and stopping them from deleting anyone else songs or stopping the current song to put theres at the top? Also i needs to play randomlly if the playlist runs out?

any suggestions!
