    Hi

Just wondering whether anyone has ever had the following problem with Jsdvd:

I placed 3 orders this morning and only two of them are showing up in my account. The first one didn't go through even though I got a confirmation email from OpenPay to say that the payment had gone. I've emailed Jsdvd with all three OpenPay transaction numbers and the corresponding titles. Obviously I'm not expecting to have received a reply from them after only 2 hours but I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and if so was it easily sorted? Any info would be great!!

    Thanks!!

    :)

Have you payed for delivery, as you need to pay a seperate charge for delivery after the order has been placed.

I haven't paid any delivery charges at all yet, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me over my email. Even so there are still only 2 items showing in my orders section.

I recently used them for the first time, you have to type
in the link when they e-mail you, also shows on your account
That links you to the same place you payed for the dvd.You
have to click on your choice.I went for the cheaper option£7.06(airmail)
for Black Hawk Down Superbit so I would imagine they would be
very expensive for heavy/large items(probably cost more that the item) :)
