i have a hitachi 32PD3000 and have been looking at the JS vga/rgb box as ive seen it mentioned a few times here, i watch sky and have freeview so what im asking is do they make a big diffrence? at the moment im using a straight RGB connection.
one more thing, does anyone know is the 32PD3000 will be able to display HDTV when it becomes availible? my guess is no.

    thanks

IIRC, you can't use the JS VGA box as the Hitachi doesn't support the correct vertical refresh frequency.

As for HiDef, I'm not sure - I was able to display Hi Def material using Windows Media player from my PC via the VGA socket on the 42PD3000 but I don't think the panel can accept hidef signals from any other source.
