what would be the difference in using a js rgb-component to using a scart - component lead apart from 120quid, if i buy the js i need to buy another set of components so im looking at around £190 in total or i can just get a scart-componet lead for about 20-40
it will be coming from my pace twin tuner
    cheers lee

Your Digibox Outputs either RGB or Composite video via its SCART socket.

There are a few (a very few) Freeview boxes that can Output YUV via SCART.

If you have an RGB SCART source and a YUV Input on your TV/Display/Projector you require active conversion from RGB to YUV (the JS Technology RGB2YUV converter) - simply installing a cable with a SCART socket at one end and 3 RCA connectors on the other end will not work unless your Source is YUV enabled via SCART.

    Best regards

    Joe
