    Hi,

I have just joined Sky through Quidco but after completing the application on the Sky website I received a email from Sky stating "We just need to confirm some details with you before we can proceed with your order. One of our agents will contact you shortly to discuss your order"

Now I'm sure I have done this before and it's Sky trying to wiggle out of paying the Quidco by changing the order, can someone please confirm this?

    Cheers Derek

My Quidco hasn't tracked, should I cancel and re-apply?

Unless the order is completed FULLY online you won't get your quidco. if that means an advisor has done anything on the account then it's possible you won't get it.

    Hiya,

Has anyone who lives in a block of more than 4 flats recieved a cashback through quidco? I know that the T&C clearly states "Customers living in a block of 4 or more flats and/or if any installation is made by a specialist team and not Sky, cashback will not be awarded." but I thought I'd check.

The reason I am asking this is because when I spoke with Sky customer advisor he said that I can complete my order online and there is no need for an engineer to be involved. The only trouble is I live in the block of probably 50 flats so I am not sure if that automatically means I won't receive any cashback even if I can finish the transaction online.

Also, I am not quite sure if the Sky advisor actually checked properly or if he just wanted to close the deal as I felt that way towards the end of the conversation

Thanks in advance for your help.
