Jogging with HDD MP3 players

    Just seen a pic of Becks jogging with an iPod - always assumed that you would not be able to do this with HDD players due to the moving parts. Can anyone shed any light on this?

    I've used my iRiver on a running machine in the gym with no problems.
    The HDD in these things may not be solid state, but they are very robust now and running is normally a fairly smooth, constant action.
