Has anyong here tried to use or purchase some JM labs drive units:

    http://www.focal.tm.fr/gb/compo/index.htm

I really like the sound from some of their professionally made speakers and quite fancy having a go at making my own but using their drive units.

I was thinking about picking one of thier high end models and then creating my own "cloan" including using the same drive units and crossovers (if I can get my hands on the cct diags - anyone help me ??).

    Thanks

Focal Drivers and system Kits are handled in the UK by Falcon Acoustics.
How high end are you going to go? Their top tweeter is priced at £448 each

I've got a pair of the audiom 6wm's if you're interested. I bought them, but never used them in the end
Brand new, receipt available (if I can find it:D ), never used, yours for, say, £160?

    Cheers,

    Rob.

I've monitored on JMlabs drivers for years in the KRK range of mid/nearfields (KRK9000)

Not sure I'd like something that clinical for home listening though!
