jbl sb400 set up

Hi all newbie here apologies if this as already been asked before
Ive just brought the jbl sb400 and have a bit of a problem I have the following setup

sky receiver ------- soundbar hdmi 1
xbox one ---------- soundbar hdmi2
soundbar tv out ------- tv hdmi 1

I get sound and picture everything is fine but if watching the news or if people are talking theres a few seconds delay there words don't go with the mouths ive tried the settings on the sky box but no joy has anyone else had this problem any help will be gratefull

Does the soundbar not have an option for audio sync where you can adjust the delay? Most I've encountered do.
