Where do you change the fuse? I have an normal EU plug and there is no way to open the plug. Can you only open up the UK plugs?
I only have 10A-16A plugs and thats what all the shops has too:(

If it's a sealed plugs that you can't get to the fuse on, chop the plug off. Stick a new plug on that you can get to the fuse.

Saying that though, I can't remember ever coming across a plug where you couldn't get to the fuse
