Jamo DVR50 or Panasonic HT900

    Man I cant decide...all reviews I have seen say more or less they are the same.

    As far as I can see the Jamo has the following advantages:
    DivX/Xvid playback
    PAL progressive scan

    Panny has:
    Floor speakers so you dont have to shell out a further £80 a pair on Jamo stands.

    Help which one...the wife is no help at all - 'whatever you like dear' arrrghhhhh

    ive just got the panny scht900, lovely looking system but wot u got to bear in mind is the size of it D400 L430 h60 all mm. so if u have a small stand then its going to hang off it.
    also are you going to use the divx feature? i download a lot of movies of imesh and most are avi so u will need to convert them to divx, is it worth the hassel??? the jamo is nice looking but the stands dont look to stable for when kids are about.

    i thought most if not all films in divx/xvid mode are AVI format anyway...
