HI.
I have a Jamo DVR50 which is basically a KiSS DP-470 (which in turn is a KiSS DP-450 slightly modified).
Anyway, after succesfully multiregioning it, I cannot select PAL progressive out without interference lines coming on the picture. This only happens with macrovision enabled discs (i.e superbit discs NOT affected). Also, the 720p signal loses its sync with normal discs (again, no problem with superbits) so nothing gets shown on this setting
.
So, I need to be able to disable the macrovision. The Firmware is the latest Jamo FW 2.7.6.
Other KiSS models have a handset hack just for macrovision.
Is there a handset hack or firmware upgrade for the dP450/470 (or specifically for the Jamo DVR50) that does this?
Thanx 4 any help
