Jamming?

Hello ..
I'm new here but I have what seems a crazy problem..
I live in Harrow NW London ..and I watch Freesat TV on my PC through my TV pci card (tb6902).. past 2 years no problems..
I use Astra 28.2 E .. (I normally get 105 channels)

Now for the last 3 days I get no channels ..
signal quality 0 signal strength 95 ..
Tried locking onto a known frequency.. no lock.. (itv 10758 v 22000)

tried tv freeview on separate digital antenna no signal (worked before)
tried 2 separate sat dishes that are installed in different locations on the house ..
tried skybox ..no signal ..
changed cable and changed connectors ..
Tried blind scan..

Anyone have any ideas?
Is it possible something is jamming the signals?

How long ago was the terrestrial aerial known to be working? There's no such thing as a digital aerial by the way, that just marketing.

The terrestrial TV frequencies have shifted and are still shifting, so if it was last tried ~2011 then it could well be it can no longer pick up the signal. Does it have a green stopped in the end?

And if that's the case then it's likely the TV card has failed.

Thanks for the reply..
The terrestrial aerial was working 2 days ago..
I've also tried a old Sky box which is also getting no signal..
I've just found out ..Someone else living in the house is getting sky through the same dish..
He let me try and connect his box to my cables.. but no signal on mine..
