Anyone catch Jackass night on Saturday ??

    Couldn't stop laughing !

It may be puerile, it may be immature, but after a couple of beers its hysterical...

    Gotta go see the movie....

Heh, I stopped watching it now, after seeing every episode about 5 times I cannot watch any more.....

    need some new episodes.

What gets me is the poor imitation that Bravo have been producing, World Famous. What a load of arse! A few scotsmen doing stupid things like hitting each other with chickens..... ummmm wow that is really extreme. I think they missed the point, instead of drinking 10 cans of Tennents Super and eating a few pies, they should be doing extreme stunts, which do actually require skill and a penchant for idiocy.

Most of the Jackass's apart from Knoxville, Preston and the other fat guy who does all the filming are skaters, boarders and bikers.

    Rant over!

Anyone seen the Welsh version - Dirty Sanchez or something like that on MTV? My god if they are going to rip off Jackass at least do it well. They may do some "extreme" stuff but I just find it crap and not funny.

Knoxville has said they're not making any more due to the backlash from parents etc. claiming it made their stupid kids jump out of moving vehicles or set themselves on fire. The movie is like thier final blowout style of thing, doing all the stuff they couldn't show on TV

He doesn't need to do anymore, he will be minted now!!

My fave is Bam Magera and his 'today I will be mainly beating up my dad'

And dirty Sanchez is pants!! A couple of mates getting drunk and doing stupid stuff, may as well film me and my mates on our 'bloke days' (which should be mandatory to all men who live with women)!

Bam is, as Sinzer points out, as pro skateboarder and if you like Jackass, check out the CKY video's/DVD's they put out- it's Bam's crew before and during the Jackass period. Very funny, maybe even madder than Jackass. They've also got some ace skateboarding on them, so bonus.

My boy is addicted to it, every time I come into the room, its on the TV.
All this week, there showing the making of the movie on MTV over and over again, I found it very funny the first few times, but getting a bit bored with it now:rolleyes:

I've still got to take him to the movie - anything to stop the nagging;)
Hopefully there will be something in it I haven't seen yet:confused: :D

Yeah, the CKY vids are awesome (2K especially). In some ways even more funny than Jackass because they really are just documentaries about a bunch of guys that like to dick around.

CKY2 is my favorite too. Some of the background songs are by Bam's band and rock :smashin: amazingly enough, they're also called CKY:eek: :D .

I've seen all 4 of those CKY vid's and they are ALOT stronger than any of the jackass stuff, although alot of the CKY stuff found it's way into the earlier episodes of jackass, like the shopping cart stuff and bam beating up Phil (his dad).

By the way, Raab Himself is Matt daymons cousin (and he seems to enjoy pooing alot)

Yeah - amazing that according to MTV Cribs he has been living in Bam's basement for over a month now (Chris Raab not Matt Damon, heh).

Jackass was hilarious the first couple of times but they've been shown on MTV almost every night for well over a year and the pisser is they've just started showing them on MTV2 so now THAT channel will be clogged full of Jackass every night for the next 12 flipping months!

I'm not bothered about MTV but MTV2 is supposed to be a REAL MUSIC CHANNEL for REAL MUSIC!

It's descended into abject ****e now with that Gonzo ********.

    Amen.

    My lady likes it.
Bizarrely, my lady likes Dirty Sanchez aswell. I think she just likes to see men getting hurt, and wearing very little while they do it:rolleyes:

I nearly threw up a few times while watchign jackass the movie last night. The bit where he wees at an ice pole and eats it ewww.
There is a nice girl over the road from me she has lived there last 10 years but im too shy to say hello. I was thinking i could ask her if she has a dvd player then say if you can watch jackass without throwing up i will give you £10. Is that a good idea will it be too obvious that i liek her. I have not even said hello cos im too shy only noded my head to her. Would this film be good to break the ice or would she run a mile after watching it

It's a better idea than offering her an ice pole you weed on. [IMG]

I'm not a 'cemented' Jackass viewer, but i did laugh at the piece where some geezer had his body hair waxed...especially when they did his eyebrows

    Looked a right muppet:D
