I've just brought my first component lead and I cant get it to work on my projector!

I've connected the correct colours to the others (althought the colours on the lead and the PJ arent in order with each other!) and I cant get a picture,

Should I ring the place I got it from or Benq?

or am I missing something

Presumably you've switched input on the projector to component?

Have you ever had the PJ working with any other device?

Have you tried outputting simple composite (ie single yellow) to the PJ to see if that works? Just as a test, not with the intention of sticking to it!

    ...PJ :)

Asides from possibly not having a working cable, or indeed a working projector. I'm sure you have to rig up the PS2 to your existing telly, go onto the setup menu and change the output to YPbPr (or YCbCr can't remember which) from RGB. Then stick in your component lead and run up to the projector.

You da man!!

I would of never of thought of connecting it thru composite changing the system config and then going to component!

I would of posted sooner but had to play Pro evo 4 via component! :D
