I managed to bag a Wii at Tesco yesterday and once we got the kids to bed, set it up last night for a quick go.
Boy is it fun! The missus was the first to play (never, ever seen her be interested in a game before) and was pretty much hooked straight away.
What got me thinking afterwards was I really enjoyed playing it on a normal tv again (even in composite). With the 360 it has to be a plasma (or equiv) and that is in another room so gaming is a solitary affair.
But the Wii is back in the living room, so we can all have a go. Just like the old days
(Frozen shoulder this morning though from all the pitching
