Once again you order, and THEN you ask, if you have done the right thing ;)

Im not big on sympathy, well not for plasma buying anyway.

If you dont like something why get all chewed up?

These are only (tellies) , sell it and start again, it really is that simple.

drb5, if you put in the code nhs247 it brings it down to £1538.63 & £19.99 delivery.

Better having an extra £30 in your pocket rather than dixons.

Cheers mate, but i've ordered it now, with the Pricerunner discount, so ho-hum to that.

Just out of interest now lad's, i don't know in which area of the forum to ask this...what would be my best way to set up my Hi-Fi with the tele when i get it? I have a Sony MHC-NX3AV with 5.1, Pro-Logic, etc and i'm mostly concerned with the set-up of DVD's, so how would i go about getting the best from it all?

    I wasn't taking the proverbial.

He's made a decent choice, IMO.

It has faults, but which tele doesn't????

It has a very good picture, by all accounts.

I'd have chosen the H 7200, but then I'm biased and some people say it's crap.

Make your choice and stand by it, say I (unless it's a Tiny).

In which case, jump up and down on it, which also has the added bonus of making the picture 100% better.

    drb5,

A google search on "Imaging Science Foundation" and "Home Acoustics Alliance" will show you how to get it all set up properly.

    :rotfl: :rotfl:

Although I have a lot of sympathy for people who got suckered.

If it wasn't for this forum and much research, I would have fell into the same trap and lost my dough.

But then again, I've learnt to research everything now :smashin:

DRB5, consider the ISF mate, I am.

And no, I don't know him, but I've only heard good things.

(I'm trying to wangle a discount for all my recommendations ;) )

    Thanks again guys.

Must apologise, but having had a rather brief look at the sites of the ISF and HAA, i can't work out EXACTLY what they do.

Is it teaching you, or does someone come out to set it up, or what?
