    Hi all.
I have recently started convering my videos for my ipod video.
sonow all my videos show up in itunes as "movies".
    two questiosn regarding this...

    1) when i drag an item into itunes, it copies it and puts it the folder "movies" which is inside "my music". is there a way to make the destination "my videos" rather than "my music > movies" ? i know it can be done in regards to music, but cannot find the option for videos!

    2) my films and family guy episodes are both seen as movies. how do i make family guy shows up as tv shows rather than movies?

    Thanks...help is appreciated!

If you don't want iTunes to manage your files, go into Preferences>Advanced and disable 'Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to my library'

Move your files to 'My Videos' and then drag them into iTunes. The files will stay where they were (in My Videos)

The answer to question 2):- Right click on the TV show and select Get Info. Then click 'Video' and change the 'Video Kind' to 'TV Show'

    Regards,

    Steve
