    just got back from the rally GB

    this is the first shot ive editted

    taken with the 85mm in shutter priotity.

    the car is doing about 100mph round this bend sideways and i was stood on the inside of the fast corner, probably about 6ft from most cars as they passed me :clap:

    oh and heres the full size jpeg if anyone wants to see if. its only been sharpened in PS to the specs given in the USM thread on this forum as recommeneded but canon

    hope you likey! i havent slept for 2 days and i now have a very dusty 20D and llenses and lots of bruises from being hit by flying rocks! :clap:

    the pug at the top is either Marcus Gronholm/Timo Rautiainen or Markko Martin/Micheal Park, i suspect its the latter (both the pugeot shots i have are so sideways you cant seen names or numbers) in which case yes it is the car in which Parks was killed this morning.

    An event which has shocked and upset the entire motorsports world. it was the iceing on the cherry of a horrid weekend for me. My sister was attacked and managed to run away from an attempted rape last night, so i spent the early hours of the morning in A+E and then the police station. i then woke up to the news about Parks. pretty nasty really by all accounts

    I take it Preston's a bit rough, Mr Jones, I remember other posts you have made in the past which refer to pretty nasty goings on, not to mention murder.

    lad i know was beaten to death
    last year i was attacked with my mates by a load of chavs who smacked me in the chest with a hammer, this year it was my sister, you just have to be so careful you really do.
