    Hi All,

Am planning on buying this for the missus for Xmas.

I see it is already available (Amazon etc.) and seems to have been for ages.

However, flicking through DVD Review magazine, their new releases list has this film available on the 2nd December 2002 with a RRP of £19.99.

Does anybody know if this is a miss print, or is there indeed a new version of the disc coming out for R2 ?

I've had a serach about on the 'net, but no joy.

    Thanks in advance.

    Ian

The R1 has been around for a couple of years. I'm pretty sure the R2 is already out as I'm sure I've seen it (although don't quote me on it).

As its a Xmas classic they maybe release it for a few months over Xmas then 're-release' it just in time for next year.

It also features the alternate ending where he steals the helicopter and napalms the town.

Sorry to quote you, but you are right it has been out a couple of years, it was one of the first DVD I bought, it was in one of those clear plastic cases, but it is in the regular box now, also been out for some time in this form. It is in 4:3 but this was the original format.
