ITN News Channel

Does anyone know if this can be added to Sky as an extra channel???

Wanting to watch the champions league footy tomorrow night and don't have NTL or Telewest!!!!

Isn't it already on Sky? I'm sure its on mine, channel 5?? up a couple from Sky news on 501!

I think your talking about ITV News!!!!

I thought they were the same channel but apparently not????

Well they are sort of the same!! ITN news at 525 has had a rebranding, turning itself into ITV news. Looks like different presenters (ITV network "nightly news" ones), fancy new set and a gadawful blue and yellow DOG in the bottom left corner.

So money well spent then.

Looking at the ITV website - champions league football is on both ITV2 Arsenal and ITN News Liverpool. However at the bottom of the listing it says "Note ITN News is a cable channel and availibale through NTL or Telewest only".

This is my confussion with the ITV News channel on Sky??

Its the same channel on sky and the cable firms but i heard its something to do with European broadcasting rights that its not carried on the satalite signal. I think its because you can't get NTL or Telewest abroad that they carry it. I think

Don't you think that this is a complete insult to all ex-ITV-Digital subscribers...
i.e. ITV will not even let ex-subscribers watch Champions League football via their old ITV Digital system, only Cable subscribers can watch!
