    I can wholeheartedly recommend www.plus.net
I use them at home, at work and have aslo recommended them to 3 friends, all without any problems. They also do a referal scheme to earn money off your subscription. So if you do sign up put "desmo" as a referal :)

I know it sounds like the referal means I'd recommend them to anyone but I really wouldn't, especially friends, if I thought they were not any good.

    Try pipex
They will pay for your BT line upgrade and supply the modem for a £17.95 fee.

My local exchange was upgraded to broadband last week, and I will more than likely be taking them up on this offer in the next week or two.

I don't know if there's an age limit.
I would imagine you could sign up if you had a valid credit or debit card.
Best fire off an email to them:)

    Good luck
