i,ve a kef thx sub which is in a cabinet which i built to house my speakers .the problem i,m having is the sub fires through a speaker cloth grill at the front and theres 6 inch allround the sub which is directly on the concrete floor.the sub makes the whole cabinet rattle at high volumes.how could i isolate it.would rockwool insulation work or spikes,or another suggestions,i would of thought the rockwool would not do much due to the low frequencys, any thoughts cheers graham

I´d give spikes a go first of all and then maybe get some carpet in there for the floor as well.

There is always trusty blu tac as a last ditch attempt to stop rattles (actually works quite well, stopped all mine!!).
