ISF calibration on plasma screen. Is it worth the cost?

    I am considering having my new pioneer 504 calibrated when it finaly arrives.I know that many on this forum have had this done,and I would appreciate your comments please.
    One final point I live in north Cornwall.Is there any one who does this near to? Thanks for looking

    Thanks for your reply Gary.I still would ask if anyone is nearer than Bristol thats where william is located to do the job for me.Thanks once again alwyn

    Hi Alwyn,
    There isn't anybody nearer to Cornwall.

    With regards to the HDE's, we are still awaiting some service information from Pioneer for the integrator menu in order to calibrate the new 434 & 504 HDE's. Gordon and I could not calibrate the 434HDE at Event Reprojected because we didn't have this info. Hopefully by the time the the displays have been run-in, we will be able to properly calibrate them.

    The one at the show was too green. I made some adjustments in the in the user menu, but the colour controls they give you in there are not good for adjusting grayscale. So, there wasn't much we could do at the time.

    i just had my PH10 recalibrated and I would say so without a doubt
