Iscan HD+ - is it dead....

Hi guys, I have a venerable old iScan HD+ which, to be honest, I was thinking of selling. But before I had the chance to do anything about it, it died on me. First diagnosis, blown power supply (in-line), so no problem, I switched in one of my variable voltage units.

After a bit of fiddling, I eventually got some power (6v) to the box, but I'm now not getting very much response from it. Front display is on, but just displays "dVdO" flashing slowly. Power light (blue) on front isn't on, but I get a small flash from it when I press various buttons.

Anybody out there ever seen anything like this? Does it make any difference that I've no inputs or outputs plugged in? Should I just put it in the bin......

Cheers

Paul
